Ambuj Dixit is currently the Spokesperson for the Indian Youth Congress and an advocate practicing before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. He has also appeared before several forums throughout India and acted before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, Hon'ble High Court of Delhi, Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, various SERC's, CERC, ATE, TDSAT, SAFEMA Tribunal, CAT, NCLT, NCLAT, SCDRC, NCDRC, Labour Courts, various District and Sessions Court, Arbitral Tribunals etc. Area of practice includes but is not limited to Policy, Constitutional law practice, Energy Efficiency, Electricity Laws, Insolvency & Bankruptcy, Arbitration, Telecom, FEMA, FCRA, Real Estate, Service Law, Civil and Criminal law.
